Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free and Dairy Free
2 cups baby spinach leaves
2 cups almond milk or milk of your choice
1 frozen ripe banana
¼-½ cup almond meal
1 teaspoon melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon Heilala Vanilla Extract or ½ teaspoon Heilala Vanilla Powder
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Place spinach and milk in a blender and process until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and blend to combine.
Variation – add ½ cup fresh or frozen berries or chopped pineapple.
For a sweeter smoothie, add 1 teaspoon honey.
